Predicted Line-ups – Gameweek 38

Sam Allardyce revealed there is a chance Theo Walcott (calf) could be available to return for the final day trip to West Ham United after he sat out the 1-1 draw with Southampton. If available, Walcott will be expected to replace Yannick Bolasie in the starting XI. But Wayne Rooney has been ruled out with a knee injury, while a potential move to MLS side DC United could also be behind his omission from the squad. So Tom Davies looks set to continue in the No 10 position for the Toffees. In the last match of the season, Allardyce may decide to hand opportunities to the likes of Ramiro Funes Mori, Oumar Niasse and Davy Klaassen. Mason Holgate is back in training but is short of match practice, and is not expected to be risked, while Gylfi Sigurdsson, James McCarthy and Dominic Calvert-Lewin remain out.

Coleman – Keane – Jagielka – Baines

Gueye – Schneiderlin

Walcott – Davies – Vlasic
