After rotating against Huddersfield Town, Antonio Conte is likely to roll out most of the side that beat Liverpool 1-0 for the trip to Newcastle United. The Blues boss revealed Thibaut Courtois has returned to training following a back injury, and is available for Sunday, so he should return in goal in place of Willy Caballero. Conte may switch back to a 3-5-1-1 at St James’ Park, with Tiemoue Bakayoko returning in central midfield. That would see Willian drop to the bench, with Eden Hazard and Olivier Giroud, both of whom came on as second half substitutes against the Terriers, leading the attack. Victor Moses and Gary Cahill are also expected to earn recalls, with Davide Zappacosta and Andreas Christensen the two players likely to drop to the bench. David Luiz and Danny Drinkwater remain out.
