Here are our gameweek 38 predicted line-ups…
Arsene Wenger will be without the suspended Konstantinos Mavropanos for his final match in charge when the Gunners travel to Huddersfield Town. Shkodran Mustafi played 71 minutes as a substitute against Leicester City following Mavropanos’ dismissal, and could join Calum Chambers in central defence after he was rested against the Foxes. Rob Holding and Per Mertesacker are the other alternatives. Hector Bellerin and Nacho Monreal didn’t feature on Wednesday night, so they may replace Ainsley Maitland-Niles and Sead Kolasinac in the full-back positions. Jack Wilshere was also left out against Leicester, so he could join Granit Xhaka and Aaron Ramsey in central midfield, while Mesut Ozil is unlikely to feature due to a back problem. Maitland-Niles and Alex Iwobi provide other alternatives. Alexandre Lacazette is also set to return in attack, while Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang should retain his start, most likely from an inside left position. So that may leave Danny Welbeck, Henrikh Mkhitaryan and perhaps Iwobi battling for one spot in the front three. Welbeck is the freshest of the trio after only playing 19 minutes on Wednesday night, when he was sacrificed to bring on Mustafi following the red card. Petr Cech has started the last two matches in goal, and looks set to be favoured over David Ospina once more. Laurent Koscielny, Mohamed Elneny and Santi Cazorla remain sidelined.
Bellerin – Chambers – Mustafi – Monreal
Xhaka – Ramsey – Wilshere
Mkhitaryan – Lacazette – Aubameyang
