he Swans will welcome back striker Jordan Ayew for the visit of Everton to the Liberty Stadium following his three-match suspension. He is likely to replace Tammy Abraham to lead the attack. Sam Clucas has emerged as a doubt having missed Thursday’s training session as a precaution after receiving a kick the previous day. Should Clucas be ruled out, Tom Carroll could start on the left, with Ki Sung-yueng returning in central midfield in the flexible 5-4-1/3-4-2-1 system. A more attacking alternative would be to move Jordan Ayew out to the left flank, allowing Abraham to start as the lone striker. Mike van der Hoorn returned to full training on Thursday after being forced off with a shoulder injury in the 1-1 draw with West Bromwich Albion and could be in contention to start. Kyle Bartley will be on standby to step in having replaced the Dutchman at The Hawthorns. Angel Rangel is back in training, but Renato Sanches, Leroy Fer and Wilfried Bony remain sidelined.
