Predicted Line-ups – Gameweek 33

Sean Dyche revealed Ben Mee (knock) and Johann Berg Gudmundsson (calf) are both doubts for the trip to Watford, with the Clarets boss admitting he may err on the side of caution with the latter, in particular. Tom Heaton is back in contention, however, and the club captain is now set to compete with Nick Pope for the starting spot in goal. Kevin Long will be on standby to replace Mee in central defence, while Georges-Kevin Nkoudou could keep his place on the left wing should Gudmundsson miss out. Dyche stated the Icelander is “touch and go,” and that he is likely to err on the side of caution with the winger. Ashley Westwood was preferred to Jeff Hendrick in central midfield in last weekend’s 2-1 win over West Bromwich Albion, which allowed Dyche to start with Ashley Barnes and Chris Wood up front in a 4-4-2. So Hendrick may have to settle for a place among the substitutes once more. Steven Defour, Robbie Brady, Scott Arfield and Jon Walters all remain sidelined.

Lowton – Tarkowski – Mee – Ward

Lennon – Westwood – Cork – Nkoudou
