(1)4-2-3-1 is the fixed formation to be used by Spurs when they face Crystal Palace at the Eagles’ home ground. Lloris will be in the net as goalkeeper. Vertonghen and Sanchez are expected to be playing as the centre-backs, with Alderweireld still injured. Trippier and Davies could both start as the full-backs, although no Tottenham Hotspur full-back is nailed on right now, these two seem to be the favourites of Pochettino. The double pivot of Dier and Dembele is likely to continue, following some fantastic performances recently from Dembele. Eriksen, Alli and Son should once again all play behind Kane as Spurs’ striker. Alderweireld is still regaining his match fitness, but is in contention to start, although still unlikely.

Dier – Dembele
