There is no reason to believe that the formation of (1)4-3-3 will not be used again by Jurgen Klopp for the rest of the season. It begins with Karius in goal, who appears to have won his starting place over Mignolet despite Klopp not really knowing who his best goalkeeper is. Central defenders Van dijk and Matip should be joined by Gomez and Robertson in defence. Henderson, Wijnaldum and Can could potentially play as the central midfielders. Mane and Salah are Liverpool’s wingers with Firmino upfront. Liverpool regained their form with a convincing 3-0 win over Huddersfield Town last time, can they continue it against Tottenham Hotspur?
Gomez– Matip – Van dijk – Robertson
Henderson – Can – Wijnaldum
Salah – Firmino – Mane
